The ABCD of EntryPoint Mentoring Programme, 5.4.2017
April 5 | 08:30 - 11:00
Why should mentoring be a mutually beneficial partnership between mentor and mentee, rather than one-way knowledge transmission from senior to junior? Why have 92 participants from 28 ethnicities participated actively in EntryPoint 2016, and how will EntryPoint enable you to pave the way for your international expansion? What are the core benefits you will gain from taking part in EntryPoint 2017?
As an introductory session, Mentoring 101 will answer all these questions as well as your own inquiries. Shania Shin, Mentoring Programme Officer, will introduce the ABCD of EntryPoint Mentoring Programme, and it will inspire you to step out of your comfort zone, to go beyond your boundary, and to benefit from the dynamics of diversity. In addition to that, compelling testimonials and amusing anecdotes from EntryPoint 2016 participants will give you some clues about the cluster of benefits that EntryPoint provides.
EntryPoint Mentoring Programme is a cross-cultural mentoring partnership between Finnish professionals and international talents, organized by Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce since 2016. Both Mentor and Corporate Partner have no enrolment fee and no obligation to offer employment.
The event is free of charge. Welcome!
