The application period for EntryPoint Mentoring Programme 2018 is open until January 7th, 2018.
The EntryPoint 2018 is open to all professionals in Finland regardless cultural background, and to both international and Finnish degree students (Bachelor, Master, PhD) and recent graduates from Finnish higher education institutions.
The following is a general outline of the EntryPoint Mentoring Programme 2018 timeline, highlighting key activities and events throughout the program year. Please note that the schedule is subject to change.
November 1st, 2017 – Janury 7th, 2018
The application period for EntryPoint 2018.
Mentors and mentees will be matched. Information about the matching will be sent to mentors and mentees.
Orientation for mentees (time commitment approximately 1.5-2 hours).
Kick off meeting for all EntryPoint 2018 participants (time commitment approximately 2-3 hours).
February 2018 to June 2018
Mentor and mentee pairs complete their Mentoring Partnership Agreements – outlining goals and expectations (Learning Diary – by mentees).
Individual mentor and mentee pairs set a schedule at their own discretion for ongoing pair meetings. Face to face meetings are highly recommended, whereas communication via email and phone can be an optional according to needs.
Spring 2018 (exact time will be confirmed later)
All EntryPoint 2018 participants will be invited to the Mentoring Event (time commitment approximately 2 hours)..
Final meeting and certificate ceremony for all EntryPoint 201 participants (time commitment approximately 2-3 hours).
