COME offers free of charge advisory and counselling services for companies and employers for example in questions related to multicultural and international workforce, work related immigration, recruiting process of international talents, and work and residence permits. In addition, COME provides companies with information about existing private and third sector services related to multicultural working life.
COME’s employer services aim in supporting and strengthening companies’ and work communities’ capabilities to utilize the international talents already existing in Finland. Moreover, services’ goal is to enhance employers’ abilities and skills to recruit and manage international workforce, and succeed in multicultural business environment.

COME’s Employer Counselling Service assists employers and companies in questions related to international workforce.
COME organizes employer infos regularly in cooperation with various authorities, public and private service providers and organizations.
The topics of infos range from permit and recruitment process related questions to multicultural management and identifying international talents’ skills and qualifications. COME also organizes seminars and events in topics related to multicultural management and work communities, cross-cultural competencies and internationalization.
